Verified account creation
Public signup uses email verification before a client workspace is created.
Trust & Security Architecture
AI Tech Solutions uses practical safeguards to separate public enquiries, client onboarding, operational messaging access and provider administration. The goal is simple: the right user gets the right access, at the right stage, with an auditable path to activation.
Access control
Creating an account does not automatically unlock messaging. New clients first enter a limited onboarding workspace while operational features remain restricted.
Public signup uses email verification before a client workspace is created.
Pending clients can complete approved onboarding actions without gaining full messaging access.
Administrative and staff responsibilities are separated so sensitive actions are not treated as ordinary user tasks.
Inactive, rejected or suspended states do not unlock operational messaging features.
Controlled activation
AI Tech deliberately separates onboarding approval from live messaging activation. This helps prevent an approved profile from becoming operational before the required provider and Sender ID checks are complete.
The client account exists, but messaging remains locked while profile information is completed and reviewed.
Required documents can be uploaded, reviewed and verified without granting operational messaging access.
Sender ID requirements, payment and approval remain distinct from full account activation.
Final onboarding approval means the account is ready for provisioning — not yet live for messaging.
Operational boundary
Before full messaging access is enabled, AI Tech checks the provider account mapping, provider identity, successful account synchronization, verified provider credentials and at least one active Sender ID.
Credential handling
Provider API credentials are handled server-side and are not presented as ordinary client-facing account data. Client users interact with the AI Tech workspace rather than provider secrets.
See the messaging service →Provider username and account identifiers are associated with the correct organisation before operational activation.
Credential readiness is treated as a controlled administrative prerequisite rather than a client-editable setting.
Missing provider evidence, sync status or Sender ID approval keeps the account non-operational.
Accountability & auditability
Controlled workflows record the current status, next action and key administrative decisions so progress can be reviewed instead of relying on informal handovers.
Shared responsibility
AI Tech provides platform controls, but clients remain responsible for protecting their login details, managing authorized staff, supplying accurate onboarding information and using messaging responsibly.
AI Tech does not present unsupported certifications or promise that any system is risk-free. Security is managed through practical controls, restricted access, verification and continuous operational discipline.
