Fallback behaviour

Tenant branding should fail safely.

If an organisation has incomplete or invalid branding settings, the interface should remain usable by falling back to approved AI Tech defaults rather than breaking the workspace.

Invalid colourFall back to a safe theme value rather than rendering unreadable controls.

Missing support contactsUse AI Tech support contacts or configured reseller support details.

Unknown hostnameDo not guess the tenant. Route only after verified tenant-domain mapping.
