Verified client evidence

Case studies designed around real outcomes, not marketing fiction.

AI Tech will publish client case studies only when the relationship, work delivered and evidence can be substantiated. Until a case study is approved, we use capability demonstrations and operational proof instead of invented client stories.

Evidence framework

Six elements every published case study should contain.

This framework keeps client stories consistent, useful and defensible.

1. Client contextOrganisation type, operating environment and the relevant service area.
2. Business problemThe specific communication, software, workflow or ICT challenge that needed improvement.
3. Solution deliveredThe AI Tech system, messaging, infrastructure or implementation work completed.
4. Verification evidenceApproved screenshots, reports, implementation records or workflow evidence supporting the case.
5. OutcomeOnly measurable or observable improvement that can be supported by evidence.
6. Client approvalConfirmation that the organisation permits the case study, logo and testimonial content to be published.

Testimonial standard

Every testimonial must be attributable.

Short quotes can be powerful, but they must be genuine and should not exaggerate what AI Tech delivered.

Real person or organisation

The feedback should come from an identifiable client contact or approved organisational source.

Accurate role

Use the person's actual title or a general approved description rather than inventing authority.

Permission to publish

Obtain approval before publishing the person's name, organisation, logo or statement.

No rewriting into false claims

Editing for grammar or length should not change the meaning or introduce results the client did not state.

Publication rules

Evidence stays unpublished until it is ready.

The framework separates internal preparation from public publication.

DraftInternal working content may be incomplete and must not appear publicly as a verified case study.
Evidence checkedClaims, screenshots and metrics should be checked against source records.
Client approvedPublic use of the client name, logo, quote and relevant evidence should be confirmed.
PublishedOnly after the evidence and permissions are complete should the item be displayed as a client case study.

Current website state

No unverified client case studies are being presented as published proof.

The site is ready for genuine evidence when it becomes available. Until then, visitors can review product capabilities, trust controls and request a demonstration.

Evaluate AI Tech

Request a live demonstration of the solution relevant to your organisation.

A demonstration gives you direct visibility into the workflow instead of asking you to rely only on marketing statements.

Evidence standard: Case studies should use verifiable implementation evidence and approved client information; unsupported claims are not published.
